2. Purpose of the Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) govern the access to the MHtrads website and the use of its services by any professional user.
By accessing or using the site, the user fully accepts these T&C without reservation.

 

3. Modification of the Terms

MHtrads may amend these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect 30 days after publication on the website.
During this 30-day period, users may refuse the updated Terms. In such case, their account will be deactivated and they will no longer be able to use our services.

No contractual modification is valid unless:
• it is included in these T&C published on the website, or
• it is part of a written agreement signed by both parties.

The English version is considered the official, legally binding document.
