Linden Honey

Linden honey is one of the finest honeys. Light yellow to greenish in colour, it is clear and has a delicious, pleasant taste and a fragrant aroma of linden blossom. Similar to acacia honey, it crystallises slowly and later.

Linden honey improves metabolism and detoxifies. It has a diuretic effect and, thanks to its high antibiotic content, is used to treat urinary tract diseases and rheumatism . Honey has strong enzymatic activity .
